Donald Campbell baked his first tray in the Highland village of Callander in 1830. From humble beginnings as a small village bakery, Campbells is now in its 190th year and run by the seventh generation of Donald’s family. Their shortbread is made with 100% pure butter, and contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Set in the historic heart of Ely, we have delighted locals and visitors alike of all ages, who come back time and time again. Is it the aroma that fills the air that you can't quite get enough off or the warm welcome that awaits you?
